I had to cancel my booking because my plans changed, though I barely remember what the original plan even was now. I was mostly worried the refund would be a hassle, but Roafly got back to me quickly. They just asked for the info they needed and handled the cancellation without making it complicated. The refund showed up on my card a few days later, just like they said. I don’t remember every little detail of the process, which is probably a good sign because nothing stressful happened. I’d use them again.

I got the order confirmation pretty much right away, and from what I could tell, everything matched what I ordered. I haven’t received the order yet, so I can’t say for sure beyond the confirmation, but so far it looks fine.

The site is usually up whenever I need it, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. I’ve only noticed one short downtime so far, which wasn’t a big deal

I connected my laptop when I needed to catch up on a few things, and my wife hopped on with her phone a couple times too, and there was no annoying setup process or random dropping off. Speeds were totally fine for maps, emails, and even a few video calls, so yeah, no complaints. I’d use it again.

The data speed was fast. I was expecting it to lag at some point, but nope — can’t really blame the service this time.

roafly was fine for me overall , but the device compatibility part was a little confusing . My newer phone connected without any issues , but my partner’s older phone didn’t support it , so we ended up having to figure out another option . It wasn’t a bad experience , I just wish that part had been made clearer before we bought it .

Bill looked mostly right, just one small charge threw me off. Support fixed it, but slower than I hoped. Not awful, not amazing...

The only downside was that I had to explain the problem twice, i was kind of expecting at least a quick apology for the hassle. Overall, the service was still good, just not perfect

I’ve been using roafly.com for a while now, and the login has been reliable. No random errors, no weird lockouts, none of that annoying stuff. I just sign in and get where I need to go. So yeah, I guess whoever runs this deserves the blame for making it actually work the way it should...
